The Reluctant Restaurateur Serving West African Cuisine Abroad                

Literally born into the food business in Nigeria, Olushola Medupin, initially wanted to get as far away from it as possible. After studies in the UK, he tried his hand at investment banking, but couldn’t resist the pull of the kitchen. He eventually founded Enish, a restaurant offering West African cuisine to Nigerians abroad, and he now operates 13 fine dining establishments across the US, England and Dubai.
