How Ghana’s Historic Homecoming is Changing Africa

In 2019, Ghana’s Year of Return proved to be a huge success in attracting attention, and it’s paved the way for a renewed interest in African culture.  With greater bridges being established between the Diasporans and Africans, some see the dawn of a new age of African empowerment. The Ghana Tourism Authority and Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture spearheaded the campaign, inviting the “global African family, home and abroad” to make the “landmark spiritual and birthright journey.”
