[The Herald]Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Mutambara has hailed the land reform for empowering Zimbabweans with productive land. He was speaking at the launch of the Food and Nutrition Security Policy in Harare on Thursday. The policy was launched by President Robert Mugabe. Prof Mutambara said the successful land reform was a revolution that created a new dispensation althoughthere was need to boost productivity.
