A report carried by the state-run broadcaster RTI-TV said that sixty Ivorians who sought refuge in the Togolese capital Lome have returned home. According to the report, the return was organized by SAARA, an organization that provides aid and support to the refugees, with the backing of the UNHCR. The report also quoted an official who explained that the repatriation of the Ivorian refugees is part of a long process during which a large number of refugees will be encouraged to return home.

World Bank (Washington, DC)-The Board of Executive Directors of The World Bank Group has adopted this day a second Interim Strategy Note (ISN-2) for Togo. The new strategy presents the framework for Bank's interventions in Togo during the period from 2012 to 2013. All proposed actions in the new ISN are aimed to deepen and expand upon ongoing operations, and are organized around three main pillars.
