Nigeria: Okonjo-Iweala - We've Tampered With Budget

[Daily Trust]The Minister of Finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, yesterday admitted at a Senate session that in the course of executing the 2012 budget, monies were moved from one area to the other without recourse to the National Assembly.
