The International Monetary Fund (IMF) says economic prospects for 2012 and over the medium term remain favorable and strongly supports Government's plans to expand spending on programs and projects, notably for infrastructure, agriculture and youth in the medium term budget currently being crafted by the Ministry of Finance.
